At ZFoldCases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fold-series case doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Item
Securely place the case in its original packaging, ensuring all screen protectors or accessories included in the box are present and undamaged.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 days.
